change of mind
dislike of fragrance/texture/result
delayed delivery by courier
incorrect address or unavailability of customer
Replacement is allowed only if:
product is received in damaged / leaking / broken condition
wrong item is delivered
To be eligible:
request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
unboxing video is mandatory
product must be unused and in original packaging
If stock is unavailable, store credit may be issued at company discretion.

Without these proofs, the request will be rejected.
We will not accept requests if:
product is opened, used or tampered
seal, label or packaging is missing
complaint is raised after 48 hours
damage happened after delivery
allergic reaction or suitability issue
customer ordered wrong product
If an order included a free product, it must be returned along with the main item in case of replacement.
All returned items go through inspection at our warehouse.
If the claim is found invalid, the same product will be shipped back to the customer.
During special promotions or sale events, policies may vary. The decision of Devicas Herbal Wellness will be final.
